How can I request a refund on my membership?

Plume does not offer refunds for Monthly or Annual Memberships unless the request is made within 24 hours of the payment being processed.

Monthly Membership
Refunds for Monthly Memberships are only available if requested within 24 hours of the charge. After 24 hours, refunds are not issued.

Annual Membership
Annual Membership is a one-time upfront payment of $749 for 12 months of clinical care (equal to $63/month). Refunds are not available unless:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of the charge

  • Or, in rare cases, there are extenuating circumstances outside of your control, such as:

    • Needing to stop GAHT due to medical or safety reasons

    • Medication is unavailable (e.g. pharmacy issues)

    • State legislation blocks access to care

If approved, a partial refund may be issued based on the unused months at the $62/month rate.

Please note: Switching back to a Monthly Membership is not available until the full 12-month period has ended.

How do I cancel my membership? 

Log in to your billing portal and click “Cancel Subscription”. Service will be discontinued at the end of your billing cycle.

NOTE: If it’s been less than 30 days since your first appointment, you won’t be able to cancel in the billing portal yet. If you don’t see the option, just message us in Spruce or at members@getplume.co, and we’ll help!
