How can I request a refund on my membership?
Plume does not offer refunds for Monthly or Annual Memberships unless the request is made within 24 hours of the payment being processed.
Monthly & Community Membership
Refunds for Monthly & Community Memberships are only available if requested within 24 hours of the charge. After 24 hours, refunds are not issued.
Annual Membership
Annual Membership is a one-time upfront payment of $749 for 12 months of clinical care (equal to $63/month). Refunds are not available unless:
The request is made within 24 hours of the charge
Or, in rare cases, there are extenuating circumstances outside of your control, such as:
Needing to stop GAHT due to medical or safety reasons
Medication is unavailable (e.g. pharmacy issues)
State legislation blocks access to care
If approved, a partial refund may be issued based on the unused months at the $62/month rate.
Please note: Switching back to a Monthly Membership is not available until the full 12-month period has ended.
How do I cancel my membership?
Log in to your billing portal and click “Cancel Subscription”. Service will be discontinued at the end of your billing cycle.
