In this one-stop shop, you can connect with other trans and non-binary folks, find the support you need, and experience a sense of belonging on our new interactive platform. With Plume Community Hub, you can participate in our chat and discussion spaces to interact directly with other trans and non-binary individuals and build meaningful connections. You'll have access to transition-related resources, exclusive events, and special discounts only available to our members. 


As trans folks, we often learn from and take care of each other. The Plume Community Hub is an opportunity for you to share your knowledge, learn from others, and be part of a community that understands and celebrates you. Together, we can create a supportive network where everyone feels seen and valued for who they are.

Who is Plume Community Hub for?

All Plume Members can access the Plume Community Hub, which is automatically included in your membership benefits. 

What can I do in the Plume Community Hub?

You can access all of our great programs and connect with other Plume Members. This includes:

  • Chat in the Discussion Space: Join other Plume Members and talk about the trans experience, surgery questions, gender expression, and more!

  • Access your Peer-Support Groups: Now centrally located within the Community Hub platform.

  • Attend Events and *NEW* After Parties: Plume events just got even better! Find and attend our events and workshops, then join us afterwards to chat about it.

  • Read Through the Resources: Access our growing library of transition-related content.

  • Redeem Member-Exclusive Discounts: Find deals and discount codes to a variety of trans-affirming brands and companies.

How do I join the Plume Community Hub?

Plume Members will receive an invitation to join the Plume Community Hub at the e-mail address associated with your Plume membership. You will receive an activation link in your email invitation. Follow the link and set up your account password and profile.

Can I invite my trans and nonbinary friends who are not Plume members?

At this time, the Plume Community Hub is exclusively for Plume members. 

How do I log into Plume Community Hub?

You can access Plume Community Hub from your desktop at https://community.getplume.co and also through the mobile app Circle Communities. In the mobile app, please note that the Plume Community Hub is hosted through the Circle Communities platform. You will need to use the app to access the Plume Community Hub. 



Once the app is downloaded, you can enter the e-mail address associated with your account, followed by a verification code. After successfully entering the verification code sent to your e-mail address, you will be taken to the official Plume Community Hub page.
