*Due to telehealth laws in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, Quest Diagnostics/Labcorp must bill all New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island patients directly for labs. Then, the patient must pay Quest Diagnostics/Labcorp directly. However, even though patients in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island pay out-of-pocket, you receive a significant discount on labs’ regular pricing for quarterly bloodwork charges. Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp will send you a bill that charges around $30-$35. In consideration of this extra cost, your Plume membership costs $90/month instead of $99/month.

Community Membership

The Community Membership is $5/month for any trans or gender-diverse person. Access all membership features through our private app, Prism, to connect, share, and feel supported. With a Community Membership, you can:

Join weekly, trans-led support groups and casual hangouts
Attend live workshops and events covering a wide range of transition and trans-health topics
Chat in online discussion spaces for connecting over interests, current events, and community topics
Read a library of resources on gender-affirming care, updating legal documents, emotional well-being, and trans culture
Get exclusive member discounts on trans health and lifestyle products, including clothing, voice training, and fertility services

Note: The Community Membership is available for individuals aged 18+ (or 19+ in NE and AL). It is unavailable for individuals that select Medicaid in CO and KY. Prescriptions for gender-affirming care are not included in the Community Membership.

Letter of Support

$150 one-time fee
One video appointment with a trans-informed healthcare provider
One medical* letter of support for surgery, delivered within one week

Note: We currently cannot provide behavioral health letters from a therapist. If you’re already a Plume member, letters are included at no extra cost.
