Prism is Plume Clinic's one-stop shop where you can connect with other trans and non-binary folks, find the support you need, and experience a sense of belonging on an interactive platform. With Prism, you can participate in our chat and discussion spaces to interact directly with other trans and non-binary individuals and build meaningful connections. You'll have access to transition-related resources, exclusive events, and special discounts only available to our members.
As trans folks, we often learn from and take care of each other. Prism is an opportunity for you to share your knowledge, learn from others, and be part of a community that understands and celebrates you. Together, we can create a supportive network where everyone feels seen and valued for who they are.

Who is Prism for?
All Plumies with a Full or Community Membership can access Prism. It is automatically included in your membership benefits.
Note: The Community Membership is available for individuals aged 18+ (or 19+ in NE and AL). It is unavailable for individuals that select Medicaid in CO and KY. Prescriptions for gender-affirming care are not included in the Community Membership.
What can I do in Prism?
You can access all of our great programs and connect with other Plume Members. This includes:
Chat in the Discussion Space: Join other Plume Members and talk about the trans experience, surgery questions, gender expression, and more!
Access your Peer-Support Groups: Centrally located within Prism.
Attend Events and After Parties: Plume events just got even better! Find and attend our events and workshops, then join us afterwards to chat about it.

How do I join Prism?
You can create your Prism profile from your Member Dashboard. Once you have setup your profile, download our app on your Apple or Android device.
